Quick one about priviledged announcers

I am sick of those announcers who have played the sport professional earlier in their careers and think they know everything and see everything correctly. It seems to happen a lot in professional soccer, which of course is why I am having this rant right now. Guys like Christopher Sullivan, Eric Wynalda, and others just see things the way they want to and not the way it actually happens. They have jobs and careers that honestly they shouldn't but the producers or owners of the stations believe that they would be better because they played in the past.. Bull Shit plain and simple... I would love to see a world where people are given chances to succeed based on who they are not where they once were or where they went to school.. Its a fickle society, its a pathetic society right now and its a total shame that this wonderful country is like that.. Here is hoping for change....
